Green Heart is a regenerative town and productive agricultural landscape across 500 acres in Kilifi — driving positive impact on the coast's ecosystems, community, and economy.
The role
You'll keep Green Heart's infrastructure functional and safe across all company sites — coordinating closely with internal teams, residents, external contractors, and service providers to maintain aesthetic and safety standards, minimize downtime, and keep systems running efficiently and cost-effectively.
Keep eyes on every system across the sites, and catch problems early.
Diagnose faults fast and fix them — or get the right people on it — with minimal downtime.
Run maintenance schedules consistently and on time, so small issues never become big ones.
Source parts, tools and materials cost-consciously, and use them within budget.
Coordinate contractors and service providers across multiple projects — on time, to standard, in budget.
Keep maintenance logs, asset records, and infrastructure reports accurate and up to date.
